This boutique-level service prioritizes speed, quality, client experience, and convenience, by enrolling a limited number of members so we can focus on providing an unparalleled service experience. It is RV repair experience of the highest order.
We are aware RV owners have a wide variety of memberships available to them intended to enhance the RV lifestyle. Our Moonshiner members’ RVs are supported, maintained & serviced by Blue Moon RV. Members have our cell phones and are welcome to call 24/7. Each coach is extensively documented so we have photos and history should a problem arise on a trip. Why did we create the Moonshiner concierge program?
Sales of RVs have exploded with many new folks entering the lifestyle. One challenge RV repair shops experience is responding to the overwhelming demand for services. At many shops, average appointment wait times are 3-6 months, with the Bureau of Labor Statistics projecting an even greater shortage of qualified technicians over the next few years. That’s why we’ve built this innovative RV repair model – to serve our loyal customer base whenever they need us.

To provide the next level of service, memberships are limited. Finally, is the cost savings of $300.00/year and a price lock for year 2 if you join before 1/31/2025.
