Here we were at 8:00 PM in the huge campground at Texas Motor Speedway after the race and I have just discovered a water leak in a fitting in my fresh water supply system. What to do? Haul it somewhere for repairs on a Sunday night in the midst of departing racetrack traffic? Not a chance!

Well, turns out I knew what to do – call Rodney at Blue Moon Mobile RV Repair, who was on site. Even that late, Rodney was able to help me fix the problem. Blue Moon has also been there for me for other issues: a 30A electrical plug adapter so I can use the full capacity of the borrowed generator, advice on why my hot water heater flame might keep going out, and several other issues. It's sure comforting to know you can call on them to come to you when you have a problem that has to be fixed NOW!

We recently received a letter signed by you and your employees thanking us for the opportunity to serve us.

Well, we are somewhat embarrassed that we did not write you a letter sooner. We want to thank you and your employees for coming to our aid so quickly when our refrigerator "died" when we arrived in Dallas on April 11th.

Your business was highly recommended by the manager of the Dallas West RV Park where we were staying. When I called Becky on the phone, she was extremely kind in getting us help in such short notice. She even called several times letting us know the progress she was making on securing a technician.

Robert Searle was the technician who worked on our refrigerator. When he arrived, Mr. Searle methodically performed several tests on our refrigerator and quickly determined that it needed an entire new cooling unit. He talked with Norcold regarding warranty issues and then called around and found a replacement cooling unit at a distributor nearby. After a couple of phone calls to your office, Mr. Searle arranged to pick up the new cooling unit the following morning and then come back the next day to install it.

Mr. Searle arrived about noon and immediately got to work. I was really impressed as he systematically removed the refrigerator and then replaced the needed part and connected everything back together again. His knowledge, skills and attention to detail were superb. My wife and I were extremely appreciative that our refrigerator was back working that afternoon.

In today's fast paced business it seems that people will always take time to complain, but do not take time to say thanks for a job well done.

I wanted to take a moment to let you know just how much I appreciate all of the work that you did for us while in Dallas.

Your attention to all of the details, the analysis of the problems, and the unbelievable manner in which you proceeded to repair our coach was OUTSTANDING!!

Then when the second event happened, you outdid yourself even more. You cannot imagine how frustrating and really scary it was to be "dead in the water" on Interstate 20. You were just superb, and really saved our day. Thank you, thank you.

I think you should know that the owner and his helper arrived on time. Their vehicle and equipment were first rate and both men were professional and courteous. They went about their work being aware of their surroundings. After the job was finished, we examined the work done and the inside and outside of the trailer. The job was done to my satisfaction and everything was left as they found it.

I believe these people to be capable and honest, and I will not hesitate to use Blue Moon should the need arise.
